Multi-purpose building for a laundry technology professional

The laundry technology company wanted to get everything right from the outset with its new headquarters. It had to be a building that would favourably connect all areas of the company. With its modern design, the multi-purpose building shows its beautiful side. The two-tone façade also visually separates the different areas of the company.

The smaller part of the hall with its grey colouring houses the office complex plus adjoining workshop. This is where the entire customer service is handled. Visitors and customers can easily enter the multi-purpose building through the large, fully glazed entrance door. Once in the entrance area, the reception and waiting zone forms a successful first point of contact for all concerns. The offices and workshop are directly adjacent to this area, creating shorter walking distances and a more productive working environment. Large windows illuminate the offices and workshop well and create a pleasant working atmosphere. The incidence of light in the rooms can be precisely controlled electrically using additional external blinds.

The individually planned warehouse, which is located in the rear white part of the multi-purpose building, is an interesting feature. At the client's request, a gallery was installed directly above the workshop, which HALTEC equipped with a load-bearing steel substructure. The additional 75 m² suspended ceiling can support up to 500 kg/m². The space gain on two levels was perfectly realised here and the available space was optimally utilised.

The increased snow load of the multi-purpose building is also worth mentioning, as the company site is located in the Swabian Alb. The steel building construction can easily withstand up to 2.46 kN/m² - the perfect hall for low mountain ranges and mountain regions!
