Modern steel building for a heat pump specialist

Mederer GmbH needed a new exhibition hall with a storage area. An attractive showroom was to be integrated for the presentation of its own heat pump system. An appealingHALTEC SELECT pent roof hall proved to be the ideal solution.

With an area of around 830 m², the steel building offers the ideal environment to present the client's innovative heat pump system. The entrance area of the 18.00 metre wide and 46.00 metre long hall is generously designed and flooded with light - an impressive backdrop that leaves a lasting impression on visitors.

Modern presentation area with gallery

The glass front with mullion and transom construction not only ensures an attractive appearance, but also allows plenty of daylight into the interior, which further emphasises the modern atmosphere. In the exhibition area, a false ceiling installed by HALTEC created space for the on-site extension with offices, a meeting room and a gallery. This intelligent room layout enables optimum utilisation of the upper floor for meetings and customer discussions.

Efficient storage area for smooth processes

A passageway leads from the exhibition area directly into the neighbouring storage area. Here, high walls provide plenty of storage space and practical industrial sectional gates allow for easy entry and exit. Doors ensure the safe movement of people.

Energy efficient - through and through

The building project was designed for energy efficiency from the outset by the client Sascha Dousa. The top-insulated HALTEC hall in combination with an energy-saving floor slab and the in-house Mederer heat pump system ensure that the hall is more than self-sufficient in terms of energy.

What I really liked about HALTEC right from the start was the really great communication. No matter what questions arose, they were answered quickly and effectively. As a customer, we simply felt that we were in good hands.
