Fully insulated temporary building for a vehicle manufacturer
Protection class 5 | fully insulated. For some types of use, such as warehousing temperature-sensitive goods or as a work area, a fully or partially insulated hall is required. This company has also recognised the advantages of insulated BASIC temporary buildings and has now realised its fourth building with HALTEC.
As an enthusiastic HALTEC customer, the company from Baden-Württemberg has already successfully realised three BASIC temporary buildings. HALTEC erected this 250 m² temporary building as the fourth hall on the company premises to accommodate the company's growth. Depending on the order situation, the new hall is used flexibly - sometimes the goods are outsourced due to additional production or parts of the production are moved here due to a lack of space. Further advantages:
- Roof and wall cladding with 60 mm thick sandwich elements for good thermal insulation
- Wall-strip windows in the long sides of the hall allow plenty of daylight into the hall
- Side height of 5.0 m ensures a high level of thermal insulation.Side height of 5.0 m provides plenty of space inside the hall
- Large electric roller shutter gate also allows lorries to enter the hall
- Foundation-free hall anchoring using ground nails directly on the asphalt surface
Mobile heating as additional equipment
As soon as employees are working in the hall for longer periods, a mobile oil-fuelled fan heater can be switched on as an option to ensure optimum working conditions. The heating offers the decisive advantage that it is a cost-effective alternative to a fixed installation and is also easier to install.
