Insulated hall for a print shop
After many years of renting, a printing company from Baden-Württemberg is moving to its own company location. The customised HALTEC SELECT steel building leaves nothing to be desired as the new company headquarters - the insulated hall optimally combines all areas of the company for more efficient working.
The entrepreneur has not regretted investing in a HALTEC SELECT steel building for long-term use. Customised in collaboration with HALTEC, the 726 m² insulated hall is impressive on all levels. Beautiful to look at from the outside - with a modern hall façade and many window elements - the hall construction impresses above all with plenty of space inside. From production to storage to offices, everything has its own special place with plenty of room to develop freely.
Insulated hall: new company location is particularly energy-efficient
For the new hall construction, the client opted for an all-round insulated hall with sandwich panels in the roof and wall cladding, which ensure optimum hall insulation. To avoid possible thermal bridges at gates, doors and windows, HALTEC also opted for an insulated design here. The hall façade features thermo steel doors, double-glazed windows and insulated industrial sectional gates with sandwich panels. As a result, the fully insulated HALTEC hall shines with its energy-saving consumption.

Microlined sandwich elements with hidden fixings and a modern colour scheme give the HALTEC hall an attractive appearance.
Economical construction
Compared to other construction methods such as wood or concrete, the HALTEC steel system construction hall is characterised by a good price-performance ratio.
Bright workspace
Adjacent to the warehouse is the production area, which is flooded with natural light. Numerous windows in the doors, roof and façade ensure a bright hall interior.
Spacious interior fittings
To ensure short distances, the client had office, kitchen and sanitary facilities integrated into the large production area.
Simple hall entrances
The door can be opened and closed conveniently at the touch of a button when the forklift truck is loading goods. Passengers can easily pass through the hall via the integrated wicket door when the door is closed.
Fire protection device
Two skylight domes with SHEVS ensure smoke extraction via the hall roof in the event of a fire. The additionally installed HALTEC fall-through protection reduces the time and cost of subsequent maintenance work on the NSHEVS system.
