A lack of space at the new company location was the trigger for the client to look for a suitable space solution. The new main workshop did not offer enough space to accommodate the entire machine park. The decision in favour of a second workshop was quickly made and HALTEC was found as a partner for the construction project. The BASIC hall, protection class 5 | fully insulated, is perfect for temporary workshop use and provides a new home for the rest of the machinery.

Heated temporary building with sandwich panelling

A mobile electric heater really heats up the HALTEC BASIC hall. The portable hall heater supplies the workshop with heat exactly when it is needed. Connected to the 400 volt power supply, the mobile electric hall heater heats up super-fast and radiates a pleasant warmth.

To ensure that the heat stays inside the heated temporary building, it is clad with 60 mm thick sandwich panels in the roof and walls. The fully insulated hall is therefore particularly energy-efficient in terms of consumption, which is further supported by a fully insulated roller shutter gate. The door, made of double-walled profiles, has a strong insulating core of high-strength PU rigid foam on the inside, which provides excellent insulation. A great side effect of the insulated hall is the additional sound insulation to the outside - loud machine noises are dampened and no longer disturb ongoing business operations.

Economical modular design

The particularly economical modular design of the aluminium hall guarantees the client excellent value for money, combined with rapid hall availability.

Flexibility thanks to electric hall heating

The portable electric heater is quiet in operation and energy-efficient in consumption. Controlled via a humid room thermostat, the heater brings the temporary building up to temperature in the shortest possible time - for a pleasant room climate.

Hall security

In order to ensure that employees have a safe way out in the event of danger, various safety standards were applied during the construction of the hall. Two escape doors with a horizontal operating bar in accordance with EN 1125 were integrated, including an illuminated LED escape route emergency unit.

Safely anchored

For permanent use, the heated temporary building was firmly anchored to the existing concrete floor slab using heavy-duty dowels.
