Heated temporary building for a Franconian football club
Protection class 4 | partly insulated. The heated hall was the ideal solution for the needs of a professional football club from Middle Franconia. Equipped with an oil-fuelled fan heater, the hall with solid insulation is ideal for weather-protected canopies for vehicles and storage of frost-sensitive maintenance materials.
The football club's groundsman has a lot of vehicles, equipment and materials to store. The previous accommodation in a wooden hut on the nearby edge of the stadium forest quickly became too small and very awkward to use. This was the trigger to look for a better option. The hall was to be built close to the stadium in order to optimise operational processes. The heated hall from HALTEC was the missing piece of the puzzle for the football club, as the construction project had to be realised at short notice before the onset of winter. By purchasing this used hall from the rental stock with ground pegs anchoring, the customer killed two birds with one stone. In addition to the desire for an economical investment, the heated hall could also be used after a very short time - much to the delight of the groundsman. Vehicles such as lawn mowers and small tractors as well as marking vehicles, spreaders and much more were able to move into their new home in good time.
Fan heating and solid thermal insulation
In addition to energy-saving sandwich panels as wall cladding, even the tarpaulin roof scores points in two respects. Designed as a double tarpaulin, the layer of air between the two tarpaulins acts as insulation. But the tarpaulin roof can do even more! The translucent PVC material allows enough light to enter the interior of the hall to create daylight-like conditions - the electric lighting can be safely left off during the day. The heated hall is also equipped with an electric roller shutter gate, whose insulating core made of high-strength PU rigid foam helps to keep the heat inside the hall.
HALTEC also supplied a hall heating system, which keeps the HALTEC BASIC-protection class 4 | partly insulated temporary building at a comfortable temperature. Stored in a lockable container, the mobile hall heating system is safe and space-saving. The air heated by the oil-fuelled fan heater is transported into the heated hall via a connected pipe and distributed there. Another advantage: by moving the heating system out of the way, the entire hall area can be used for canopying and storage. This means that the groundsman and his staff can carry out maintenance work at pleasant temperatures in the heated hall and frost-sensitive material is better protected.

Short delivery times
With this heated hall, the football club has achieved new storage space for frost-sensitive materials in a very short space of time.
Weatherproof accommodation
The 150 m² heated hall provides safety for all the football club's vehicles, equipment and maintenance materials.
Space-saving hall heating
The mobile oil-fuelled fan heater is housed safely and space-savingly in a lockable container outside the hall.
Oil fan heater with tank
The warm air generated by the heating system is fed into the hall via a pipe system. The heating is easily controlled via a humid room thermostat, which is installed inside the heated hall.
