Hall construction in Poland for international group
Protection class 5 | fully insulated. Are you looking for a profitable way to generate more storage capacity? An international beverage manufacturer shows how it's done with its warehouse construction in Poland! Within a short space of time, 13,800 m² of new storage space was created for pre-filled goods and all raw materials.
The desire for more storage space drew the beverage manufacturer's attention to HALTEC. The temperature-sensitive raw materials and the pre-filled beverages needed reliable protection for optimum storage. With a total of seven halls, HALTEC realised a huge warehouse in Poland that leaves nothing to be desired. Large Aluflex.plus halls were built, in insulated and non-insulated versions, to ensure professional warehousing.
- Temperature-sensitive raw materials are stored in three fully insulated halls with sandwich panels in the roof and wall cladding.
- Four non-insulated halls provide adequate weather protection for the finished bottled beverages.
With a span of 20.00 metres and an eaves height of 6.00 metres, the HALTEC warehouses in Poland offer an enormous amount of space inside. Thanks to the generous side height and self-supporting span without intermediate supports, the goods can be stacked over a large area up to the roof. A generous space gain that was clearly worth it!
Hall construction in Poland delivered on time
It was clear from the outset that the hall construction in Poland had to be completed by a certain date. An exact assembly schedule showed when which warehouse was to be built. Good arrangements in advance and a well-coordinated assembly team made it possible for HALTEC to complete the halls even faster than expected.
Building a hall complex & remaining financially flexible
It's easy with the HALTEC rental concept. The client does not pay the full purchase price for the huge hall construction in Poland, but only a fraction as rent. The beverage manufacturer greatly appreciates the hall rental - it allows him to remain financially and spatially flexible. After the three-year rental period, the company can decide for itself whether to continue renting the halls, buy them or return them.
