Functional steel building for an industrial service company
Demis GmbH had a big wish: to move out of the previous rented building and into a functional and future-orientated new building. The new company headquarters needed to be particularly energy-efficient. The solution: a HALTEC SELECT steel building that fulfils the requirements in every respect and optimally positions the company for the coming years.
Sascha Dousa now has plenty of space to accommodate both a spacious workshop with storage area and modern, light-flooded offices on a total of almost 1,000 m². He was able to successfully realise his goal of creating a particularly energy-efficient hall thanks to top heat-insulating sandwich panels in the walls and roof. An energy-saving floor slab, an innovative heat pump system and a photovoltaic system round off the sustainable energy concept.
Functional workshop area
Great emphasis was placed on functionality in the workshop. Industrial sectional gates with height guidance allow even larger vehicles to drive in and out effortlessly. A row of windows in the roof of the hall ensures optimal lighting conditions and provides the workstations with natural daylight. The integrated SHEV function also ensures maximum safety in the event of a fire.
Modern office area
Modern offices and a prestigious entrance area are located at the front of the hall. Large shop windows and numerous windows create a bright, inviting atmosphere that impresses both employees and customers. The hall is also impressive from the outside: the microlined sandwich panels set visual accents and leave a high-quality impression.
The well-being of all employees in my company naturally includes feeling comfortable in their working environment. The HALTEC hall has done a great job of realising this. We are very well positioned for the coming years.
