Temporary building for the exhibition of garden furniture

Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. The Rieger furniture store wanted to expand its seasonal exhibition of garden furniture. The special request: The exhibition hall was to remain in place all year round. HALTEC provided the ideal solution with a winter-proof BASIC temporary building.

Space gain
313 m²

Width
12.50 m

Length
25.00 m

Side height
3.50 m

Ridge height
5.17 m

Snow load
1.27 kN/m²

Möbel Rieger did not want to erect and dismantle its exhibition tent every year. It should also remain in place outside the garden furniture season over the winter months. Frequently used large marquees are ruled out under these conditions due to the lack of snow load. However, the company quickly found what it was looking for at HALTEC. The perfect solution: a HALTEC BASIC temporary building with snow load. Although Reutlingen is located at an altitude of around 400 metres above sea level, the hall system easily meets the snow load of 1.13 kN/m² required on site. This solution saves Rieger the annual costs for assembly and dismantling and even provides additional storage space.

Functional and aesthetically pleasing

The hall also completely fulfils the functional and visual requirements. For example, trapezoidal sheet metal in the side walls provides protection against theft. A double-leaf glass door and two large shop windows are inviting and provide plenty of daylight in the entrance area. The translucent roof tarpaulins also allow plenty of natural light into the hall, which makes the indoor climate pleasant and also saves electricity for artificial lighting during the day. Interior tarpaulins protect the goods on display from dripping condensation.

Rounded off with matching interior and exterior decoration, Möbel Rieger has created an appealing garden furniture showroom where customers enjoy shopping.
