Warehouse as an extension to an existing building
A manufacturer of test equipment in North Rhine-Westphalia wanted to expand its storage space. The new steel building from HALTEC, attached to an existing building, increased the storage capacity by 480 m².
A test equipment manufacturer expanded its property with this representative system hall for warehousing. The SELECT hall from HALTEC was connected directly to the existing production building. This means that the customer's buildings are connected and short distances can be realised. A large canopy protects the transition between the two halls. This means that goods can be safely transported in and out of the warehouse at any time. Vehicles can be manoeuvred easily thanks to the large industrial sectional gates.
Attractive hall appearance
The microlined sandwich panels, which also provide ideal thermal insulation, ensure an attractive façade appearance. The colour-contrasting bend plates and the corrugated profiles integrated into the façade enhance the special overall look. The 30.0 cm roof overhang provides an additional visual accent.
