Exhibition hall for a Hessian motorbike dealer
This exhibition hall has space for over 50 motorbikes. In combination with the adjoining workshop and storage area, Motorradhaus Rösner from Hesse can present itself perfectly to its customers. HALTEC realised all the specifications under one roof.
Sales, safety checks and maintenance are carried out in the new showroom with workshop and warehouse. At the front of the hall, access to the showroom is via a double-leaf aluminium entrance door in the side wall. The rear part of the hall is used as a workshop and warehouse. The direct transition between the areas ensures short distances. A total of five shop windows and 22 PVC-U windows are installed in this two-storey building. Ten windows are fitted with top-mounted roller shutters. Three industrial sectional gates with window sections, three doors and four skylight domes with SHEV function complete the hall perfectly.
Efficient hall façade
The hall is clad with sandwich panels. The different colours of the façade visually emphasise the division into two areas - exhibition and workshop combined with warehousing - and the sandwich cladding also achieves very low heating costs in the winter months.
HALTEC has done a great job! The combination of showroom and adjoining workshop offers us optimal conditions.

Several workstations can be used simultaneously in the workshop. The warehouse is located on the upper floor.
Optimum product presentation
The shop windows are 2.00 x 2.20 metres in size and provide a good view of the showroom.
Representative entrance
The main entrance and thus the access to the exhibition space is adorned by a double-leaf aluminium entrance door.
Convenient hall access
All three industrial sectional gates can be conveniently opened and closed by radio remote control. The window sections bring daylight into the hall.
Clean floor connection
The exhibition hall closes neatly to the foundation with a drip tray.
