Hall extension to existing building as warehouse extension
A web designer from Fürth created new storage capacity with this hall extension. Taking into account all fire protection requirements, the hall was individually connected directly to the office building.
With the SELECT hall, new storage space was optimally adapted to the conditions on site in a short period of time. The hall was connected directly to the office building and is separated from the office wing by a fire wall for fire protection reasons. An electric industrial sectional gate, two doors and wall-strip windows in the façade complete this hall extension. Simple, cost-effective trapezoidal profiles adorn the length and gable walls.
Dry all-round protection
Products that must not come into contact with moisture are stored inside the hall. Condensation protection was therefore particularly important to the customer - the roof was clad with 30 mm thick sandwich elements. The hall extension is permanently and robustly anchored to on-site concrete foundations using dowels. In this way, the hall extension provides ideal all-round protection - against external weather influences and condensation inside the hall.

On the ground, the hall closes cleanly and safely with a bend plate on the foundation.
