Building extension
A web designer from the German city of Fürth has used this building extension to create new capacity for goods storage. This custom-planned building is being used to expand the warehouse to store advertising materials.
Extension of existing building: The building has been connected directly to the office building and is separated from the office section with a fire wall for fire safety reasons. An electric sectional gate, two doors and a row of windows in the façade round off this building extension perfectly. Protection against condensation was particularly important for the customer, so the roof was clad with 30-mm thick sandwich elements. Simple, cost-effective trapezoidal profiles add the finishing touches to the side and gable walls. The building extension was permanently anchored with dowels on the concrete foundations provided by the customer.
The large side height has enabled high shelving to be installed.
The 26.0-m row of windows in the façade allows natural light into the building.

The hall is neatly finished at the foundations with a folded edge at ground level.
