Assembly hall for agricultural machinery
Protection class 4 | partly insulated. A manufacturer of agricultural machinery has experienced a real boom in orders in the past years. The existing assembly area quickly became too small - an extension was needed. Two halls had already been built with HALTEC in the past. Once again, co-operation with HALTEC was the customer's first choice!
For the new assembly hall, the client attached particular importance to the best possible working conditions inside the hall. Together with the on-site hall heating system, the light thermal insulation of the hall ensures pleasant temperatures - even in winter. Translucent roof tarpaulins with interior tarpaulins to protect against condensation provide natural lighting for the workstations and keep the inside of the hall dry. Thanks to the mobile lighting, the hall is sufficiently illuminated even late at night.
Efficient operating processes
Three roller shutter gates were installed in the side wall to optimise workflows. Goods traffic passes through these and long distances are avoided. Electric drives make it easy to open and close the doors. Escape doors with an integrated panic lock ensure the safe movement of people.
Attractive appearance
From the outside, the new assembly hall has an attractive appearance. The wall cladding in white aluminium in combination with the anthracite grey bend plates ensures a harmonious colour scheme. The window frames and rain gutters are also in anthracite grey and round off the overall look. The hall is given the finishing touch by a clean floor connection with a sealing membrane.

Efficient space gain
With the new HALTEC BASIC temporary building, a lot of space gain could be achieved in a short time.
Daylight-like conditions
Translucent tarpaulins allow plenty of daylight into the hall and ensure daylight-like conditions.
Easy entry and exit
The electric roller shutter gates make it easy to enter and exit the hall.
Cost-effective anchoring
Anchoring by ground pegs meant that no expensive and time-consuming foundation work was necessary. The ground pegs can also be removed with virtually no residue.
Attractive appearance
The anthracite-coloured bend plates and rain gutters give the hall an attractive appearance.
Clean floor connection
A sealing membrane neatly seals the hall at floor level and completes the successful look.
