Temporary building for a mechanical engineering company
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. With this new HALTEC hall, the need for additional storage space for the mechanical engineering company CeraCon from Baden-Württemberg was met quickly and economically.
The customer wanted to permanently expand its storage area with this temporary building. The tight space conditions in the production building could be significantly eased. No foundation work was necessary as the hall was anchored using ground nails. Lengthy curing times for the concrete did not have to be taken into account. This meant that the hall could be used after just two days of assembly time. The hall was thus realised quickly and economically.
BASIC hall with all-round protection
Important components are stored inside the hall, which is why condensation protection was particularly important for this hall. The customer therefore opted for a BASIC hall with protection class 3 | condensation-protected. Retracted interior tarpaulins protect the goods from dripping condensation water in unfavourable weather conditions. The frost-resistant products are warehoused on pallets on the floor and in high racks on the side walls.
Thanks to the new warehouse, we can now store our finished goods in a protected outdoor area. We have created significantly better conditions with the interim storage facility.

Weather-protected intermediate storage
The new HALTEC hall has created an optimal interim storage facility where the goods can now be stored in a protected environment.
Daylight-like conditions
Translucent roof tarpaulins provide daylight-like conditions in the aluminium hall and save energy costs. The plug-in lighting can be switched on if required.
Foundation-free anchoring
The hall is anchored directly to the ground with pegs. This saved this customer cost-intensive foundations.
Floor connection as protection
A bitumen membrane welded onto the paved surface serves as the floor connection for this aluminium hall. It protects the hall as far as possible from rainwater penetration.
Well advised. HALTEC.
