Temporary building as a brake test stand for a vehicle manufacturer
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. A company from Schleswig-Holstein was looking for a hall to accommodate its work processes under roofed conditions. HALTEC was able to fulfil all the requirements of the vehicle construction specialist with an Aluflex temporary building and assemble the required hall in the shortest possible time.
The vehicle construction specialist decided to purchase a HALTEC hall because it wanted to use it permanently to test the brakes of large vehicles. Thanks to the Aluflex hall, the customer can now carry out his work in the dry. The protection class 3 hall is equipped with interior tarpaulins and is therefore protected against dripping water.
The temporary building was equipped with many practical details for the work processes. An electric roller shutter gate is installed on both gable ends so that the hall can be driven through completely. Thanks to the side height of 5.0 metres, large vehicles can also enter the building.
The hall was anchored to on-site concrete foundations using dowels. The strip foundation is perfect for this, as it is easy to construct and comparatively inexpensive.
