Agriculture machine building for a forestry operation
A forestry company in Hesse needed a new shelter for its machinery. The challenge was that the building site was very steep. With a customised SELECT steel building with adapted supports, HALTEC was able to solve the task to the customer's satisfaction.
Admittedly, this hall is not a typical system hall from HALTEC. The machine building with a pent roof was mounted on an on-site, staircase-shaped concrete wall - a design challenge. Supports adjusted in length compensate for the height difference. The steel construction is firmly anchored to the concrete wall with heavy-duty dowels.
Additional equipment was installed in the hall so that it can be utilised properly. Two industrial sectional gates with height guidance and integrated wicket door allow easy entry and exit. Wall-strip windows allow plenty of daylight into the hall and provide natural lighting. The rain gutter ensures targeted water drainage.
