Workshop building
Solid structure or a modern steel construction? This was the question facing the owner of a car body shop company when planning a workshop building with office and storage space. They wanted to keep the costs of the new workshop as low as possible. An expensive, planning-intensive solid structure therefore was not an option. The Stahlflex system hall proved to be an equivalent yet far more economical alternative. With a total surface area of 600 m², it offers a lot of space and optimum versatility. In addition to an upper floor, this workshop building offers various shop windows and a microlined external façade, and much more besides. Individual attention to details such as a row of windows in the façade and industrial sectional gates complete this workshop building. Fastening with pegs onto concrete foundations results in a permanent space gain.
The entrance and exit are provided by industrial sectional gates.
Large shop windows provide perfect presentation of goods.
Large window sections in the gates allow natural light to enter the hall.
Microlined sandwich panels with a folded plate act as the floor connection.
