Warehouse as prefabricated building: creating a lucrative logistics warehouse
Are you looking for a warehouse as a prefabricated building? HALTEC supplies sturdy halls in excellent quality, within shortest time and at top price-performance ratio. Many satisfied customers report on their hall projects with HALTEC, as does this Lower Saxon freight forwarding company. Two thermally insulated prefabricated HALTEC BASIC halls were realized within a very short time. Find out more about the great construction project!
Large logistics warehouse with loading hall
A prompt hall construction for permanent use was particularly important to the customer in at the beginning. A space gain of 2,375 m² was created for the logistics company – enough space to store temporarily and to load all the goods.
The hall complex consists of two adjoining built HALTEC BASIC halls, where all work processes can take place under optimal conditions. With 1,750 m² the warehouse building represents the larger hall of both. Numerous goods are stored here and waiting for being forwarded. Pick-up shipments are stowed next door in the smaller loading hall, where the loading of the forwarding trucks takes place. The 625 m² loading hall has an eaves height of 7 m – ideal for easy loading of trailers by means of a loading crane from above. Also the large hall indoor area is very advantageous. A simple manoeuvring of trucks and trailers is possible without much effort.

The equipment of the hall combination in detail:
Warehouse building interior view
Row of windows in façade | Wall cladding with integrated row of windows in façade for more daylight in the hall and additional energy cost savings.
Hall walkway warehouse loading hall
Electrical roller shutter door | Two opposing roller shutter doors allow direct passage from the warehouse to the smaller loading hall.
Loading hall interior view
Tarpaulin covered roof | Retracted interior tarpaulins ensure a secure condensation protection. In addition, the translucent roof tarpaulin allows daylight-like lighting conditions in the hall.
Hall access trucks
Loading hall with large access | Thanks to large doors, trucks can drive directly into the hall and be weather-protected.
Loading zone with crash barrier
Efective hall protection | At all entrance doors and at the entrance of the loading hall, crash protection pollers were installed on-site to protect the halls.
Hall roof with rain gutter
Controlled water drainage | The integrated box gutter drains the rainwater in a controlled manner. The connection to the sewage system was made on-site.
