Warehouse building without foundations
The manufacturer of knitted wire mesh products, DHD Technology from the German town of Spalt, is using this warehouse building without foundations to expand its storage capacity by an extra 300 m².
The building is used for the interim storage of reusable containers for incoming and outgoing goods. Interior tarpaulins channel condensation to the outside and protect the goods from any drips. As the customer wanted to use this warehouse building with protection class 3 in the long term, purchasing it was the ideal method of financing. This warehouse building is anchored with ground pegs, which were inserted directly into the ground. This saved the client from having to produce expensive concrete foundations. A metal sliding gate, two doors, an LED emergency escape route sign and 40 metres of rain gutter round off the cost-effective solution for additional space.
HALTEC met our request for a simple warehouse building without foundations perfectly. We have saved ourselves high costs by using the ground peg anchoring solution.
