Endless space: An area of 4400 m² and side height of 11.30 m create a generous amount of additional space for goods storage.

An investor is using this impressive warehouse building with office extension to expand its business in the German region of Baden-Württemberg. An online retailer is renting the building, which offers plenty of space for the large quantities of products to be moved into and out of storage. The building is 110.0 m long and will in future house many items on high shelving units. The new building is attached directly to the existing building along one of the sides and features an office section that was created by the customer in the front area of the building.

Numerous function-specific design features make perfect additions to this custom building. These include 17 windows, 15 dome rooflights with natural smoke and heat ventilation system, several doors and sectional gates and a steel substructure for a 260-m² suspended ceiling. The F30 fire protection coating on the steel structure for the suspended ceiling meets the necessary fire protection requirements. This customer found the perfect building for its needs with HALTEC SELECT.
