A retailer of baby products from the German region of Thuringia has used this warehouse for rent to create additional storage space in order to respond more quickly on the market. The BASIC warehouse for rent is being rented for a period of at least two years. At the end of the rental period, the customer is free to decide whether to dismantle the building, extend the rental term or purchase it. To protect the stored goods against condensation, a fleece lining has been installed on the underside of the trapezoidal roof profiles. This warehouse for rent therefore complies with protection class 3 — protected against condensation. This customer has created extra space quickly and cost-effectively with HALTEC BASIC.

Dry goods storage: The goods in this warehouse for rent are stored at ground level on pallets. The 35-m long row of windows and three dome rooflights bring natural light into the building and provide smoke extraction in the event of a fire. The dome rooflights are fitted with a natural smoke and heat ventilation system.

This warehouse for rent is anchored with ground pegs. These are inserted directly into the ground, meaning that there is no need for expensive concrete foundation work. The long setting times for concrete are also eliminated. The ground peg anchoring means that the warehouse for rent leaves hardly any trace when it is dismantled once the rental period has come to an end.

The border with the floor is formed by a bitumen sealing sheet. To ensure reliable water drainage, the asphalt surface slopes towards the outside.

Pedestrians can enter the warehouse for rent through the entrance door. The panic lock enables this door to be used as an emergency exit door.

Vehicle access to the warehouse for rent with forklifts or pallet trucks is provided through the large trapezoidal sliding gate in the gable wall. The gate requires no maintenance, is easy to use and can be locked with a padlock.

During the hours of darkness, the mobile, plug-in lighting can be switched on. This is suspended directly from the supporting structure of the warehouse for rent.
