Temporary structure rental: A manufacturer of knitted wire mesh products from the German region of Central Franconia approached HALTEC with this in mind. HALTEC created the additional space that was needed for temporary intermediate storage with this temporary structure rental with tarpaulin cladding. Tensioned interior tarpaulins protect the stored goods from drips of condensation. There are no long waits for temporary structure rental. Thanks to the large rental pool at HALTEC, this temporary structure was delivered within two weeks and installed in just a day and a half. Temporary structure rentals from HALTEC ensure a quick gain in space. This temporary warehouse complies with protection class 3 - protected against condensation.

The finished goods are transported into the temporary structure by forklift and stored there before they are dispatched with trucks. This creates significantly more space in the production building. The transparent roof tarpaulins provide natural light inside the temporary structure for rental. During the hours of darkness, the mobile, plug-in lighting can be switched on. This is installed directly on the supporting structure of the temporary structure.

Tarpaulin doors in the side and gable walls provide pedestrian and vehicle access to the temporary structure. Tarpaulin doors require no maintenance and are easy to use. The tarpaulin doors are closed with a tensioning strap and retaining cord. Trucks can be loaded directly from the temporary structure.

If temporary structure is to be rented for a long period, a rain gutter is extremely useful. It channels water away from the roof in a controlled manner and improves safety on the site, particularly in winter when there is a risk of black ice.

The overhanging section of the tarpaulin cladding forms the border with the floor on this temporary structure. To ensure reliable water drainage, the asphalt surface slopes towards the outside slightly.

Foundation-free ground peg anchoring offers particular benefits for temporary structure rental. The ground pegs are inserted directly into the existing ground. This eliminates the need for expensive groundwork and saves the long time needed for concrete to set. The customer was therefore able to start using this rented temporary structure after just a short time. The ground peg anchoring also ensures that the temporary structure leaves hardly any trace when it is dismantled.
