Temporary buildings Czech Republic
This automotive supplier from the Czech Republic is using a site made up of four large temporary buildings to store its goods. The rented temporary buildings cover an area of 5380 m² and are anchored directly in the ground with ground pegs. When the rental period comes to an end, the customer is free to decide whether to extend the rental term, purchase the halls or dismantle them. Thanks to the large HALTEC rental pool, the customer was able to start using these temporary buildings after just a short time. These temporary buildings comply with protection class 2 – non-insulated.
All lorry and forklift traffic flows through the temporary buildings. The advantage of this is that the lorries can be kept dry during loading and unloading. Large gates allow easy access. Transparent roof tarpaulins allow plenty of natural light into the temporary buildings. This minimises the risk of accidents on the premises and reduces energy costs.
For even greater space gain, two temporary buildings have been constructed as a double-bayed building and are adjoined on one long side. A PVC roof gutter in the centre connects the two temporary buildings and directs rain water outside.
Large sliding gates in the temporary buildings allow access even for larger vehicles. The sliding gates can be operated manually, are maintenance-free and easy to operate using a rail and roller bearings.
All temporary buildings are anchored directly in the ground using ground pegs. This type of anchorage without groundwork meant enormous savings in construction costs. In addition, the ground peg anchorage guarantees that the temporary buildings leave behind almost no trace once dismantled at the end of the rental period.
