The reconstruction of the garden centre was getting closer and a suitable transitional solution for the outsourcing of the sales areas had to be found. HALTEC realized the perfect space gain for the nine-month construction phase with an insulated temporary building incl. heating. The 650 m² BASIC hall for rent offers all the comfort a sales hall needs in order to successfully continue the sale of goods. As usual, customer service can be continued throughout the winter without any major interruptions!
Insulated temporary building with heating: Comfortable environment for the perfect shopping experience
The insulated HALTEC BASIC temporary building of protection class No. 4 – partly thermally insulated is so clever designed that even the roof with tarpaulins has good insulation properties. True to the motto: "Double keeps better!" – the double-tarpaulin roof of the hall realizes a useful energetic solution. Combined with sandwich elements in the walls, the hall is highly recommended, especially if the insulated temporary building, as here at the Hagebaumarkt, is to be heated throughout the winter.
HALTEC supplied a heating with the same, which should bring the temporary building during the cold transition and winter time to comfortable well-being temperatures. Located in a separate container, the mobile hall heating is safe and space-saving manner. The heated air is transported from the oil-blower heater to the insulated temporary building via a connected hose, where it is then evenly distributed. Thus, not only the employees but also customers can enjoy pleasant comfortable temperature in the large sales hall.

Large-scale sales area
Inviting hall atmosphere | The translucent roof tarpaulin, the heated hall interior as well as a freely designed sales area create a great shopping experience for DIY customers.
Sandwich wall covering
Insulated hall façade | As wall cladding, energy-saving sandwich elements are used, which ensure that the heat remains inside the hall. In addition, they give the transition hall a nice hall character.
Heating container
Outside located hall heating | Space saving, the mobile heating is housed in a container outside the hall. Low-odour and low-noise, the heater can be operated here without disturbing the sales operation in the hall.

Mobile heating system | The oil-blower heater generates warm air, which is forced to the hall via a hose system if required. Thermostat-controlled so a pleasant room climate can be created.
Heat distribution hall interior
Distribution hose | Heat is distributed evenly throughout the hall via a perforated film hose. Cold hall areas or a build-up of heat in the roof is skilfully avoided.
Mobile hall lighting
LED-lighting | Quick and easy to install, the plug-in LED lighting supports the illumination of the sales area. Thus, the sales goods are beautifully staged.

Rented for nine months, insulated temporary building trumps with various extras. For example, the supplied mobile hall lighting as additional lighting generates a beautiful, bright illumination of the sales areas. Delivered ready to plug-in, the lighting can be easily attached to the roof of the building and removed again later. For the building owner, it was important in this hall construction that the hall accesses could be variably planned in the hall façade.
A total of four large entrances with double-winged entrance doors were implemented in the insulated temporary building. Perfectly adapted to the local conditions, there are two parking lot entrances, a transition to the main market as well as access to the outdoor building material store in the hall.
Since the heated hall was only rented for the construction phase, it offered an assembly by means of peg anchorage. The fast and uncomplicated construction of the hall in the adjoining parking lot completely convinced the client of the German quality work. In a cost-saving manner, the insulated temporary building was mounted directly on the existing pavement. The advantage here is that the hall can be removed without any trace after the rental period has expired – as if a hall was never there!
