Temporary building in Poland: intermediate storage for temperature-sensitive goods
The protection of temperature-sensitive goods does not always require a fully insulated lightweight hall – even a partly thermally insulated hall from HALTEC achieves optimum results. This understanding was also recognized by a Polish company from Poznan. The new temporary building in Poland scored points above all due to its quick availability to the client!
Rapid company growth made the company owner to look for an effective warehouse expansion solution. In this case it must have been not any kind of a hall – it should be a high-quality hall, which could be implemented quickly. Directly connected to the existing building, the new intermediate storage facility now extends to the company premises. Covered with sandwich panels in the walls and retracted roof tarpaulins, the heated hall guarantees a year-round frost-free climate of at least 5° C.
Practical roof with good insulation property
The roof construction of the new temporary building is so clever performed that it has a very good insulation property despite the use of PVC tarpaulins. The combination of outside and interior tarpaulins makes it possible – not only an effective condensation protection is reached but also a perfect insulation. The secret lies in the constantly large, resting air layers in the tarpaulin gap, which create a uniform insulation and give thermal bridges no chance. Especially in heated halls, such as this temporary building in Poland, the HALTEC hall of protection class No. 4 – partly thermally insulated offers a sensible, energetic solution. It protects the environment and your wallet at the same time!
The equipment of the temporary building in Poland in detail:
Hall roof
Tarpaulin roof | The translucent roof covering ensures a bright hall interior and realizes with the additionally retracted interior tarpaulins a good thermal insulation.
Hall roof interior tarpaulin
Condensation protection | The additionally retracted interior tarpaulins absorb the resulting condensation on the inside of the roof and divert it via the sandwich façade to the outside into the rain gutter.
Hall roof rain gutter
Tarpaulin tensioning with box gutter | The perfectly stretched roof with additional rain gutter ensures a controlled drainage of rain and condensation water.
