Temporary building
For this temporary building for an office furniture store in Stuttgart, protection against condensation was particularly important for the storage of furniture.
A retailer from Stuttgart has used the rented temporary building to create an additional 637.50 m² of storage space. The large canopy provides additional protection at the entrance area when goods are received. Protection against condensation was particularly important for the temporary building with ground peg anchoring. Tensioned internal tarpaulins protect the office furniture and divert the condensation to the outside. This client used the HALTEC BASIC hall system to create new storage space in an extremely short period of time. This temporary building meets protection class 3 — protected against condensation.
Light and friendly: Transparent roof tarpaulins allow a great deal of natural light into the building and therefore save energy costs.
The five-metre protruding canopy provides additional protection at the entrance area. Trucks and vans can be loaded and unloaded in the dry. Goods can also be stored temporarily in the outside area with the protection of the canopy.
A box gutter is fitted below the roof tarpaulins, which channels rainwater away from the roof in a controlled manner.
The temporary building is anchored directly to the gravel surface with ground pegs. This saved the client the need to have expensive foundations and use up valuable time, as the setting times for concrete did not need to be taken into account. The trapezoidal profiles of the wall cladding stand on the ground.
