Steel building
A steel building for the ideal working conditions. A metalworking company from the German region of Palatinate has invested in sustainability and efficiency with this steel building at the company's new headquarters.
Everything under one roof: The steel building includes a production facility, as well as an order-picking and storage area. A total area of 745 m² provides plenty of space for the production of washing machine stands. The customer chose numerous design features, which make perfect additions to the custom-planned steel building and make day-to-day work easier:
- A large, free-standing canopy for additional protection
- Sectional gates with a width of up to 7.0 m
- Remote control for convenient opening and closing of the gates
- Large window areas for plenty of natural light
- A row of windows in the roof ridge with natural smoke and heat ventilation system
- Flashings in contrasting colours
It was particularly important to the customer that the steel building can be easily made longer if necessary. Another important factor in the purchase of the steel building was to have low heating costs. Sandwich elements in the customer's chosen colour with the best insulation values and highly insulated sectional gates meet this need. This metalworking company is therefore perfectly prepared for the future with its custom-planned steel building.

Window areas ensure plenty of natural light in the order-picking and storage area, which measures approx. 360 m².
For dry access to the steel building. The free-standing canopy measures over 100 m² and protects the outside area.
The highly insulated sectional gates with window sections minimise heating costs.
The rain gutter between the steel building and the canopy ensure that water is drained away in a controlled manner.
