Insulated temporary building for more space gain and variable usage

As an enthusiastic HALTEC customer, the company from Baden-Wuerttemberg has already successfully realized three BASIC halls with HALTEC. The upcoming hall project, an insulated temporary building, was again to be taken over by the experienced hall builder. No sooner said than done – HALTEC built a 250 m² system hall on the company premises, which is used for the further expansion of the company.
Depending on the order situation, the new HALTEC hall is used flexibly – sometimes the goods are outsourced due to increased production or parts of the production are relocated here due to lack of space. As soon as employees in the insulated temporary building become active for a longer period of time, a mobile oil-blower heater can optionally be switched on to ensure optimum working conditions. Further advantages of the insulated hall:

• Roof and wall cladding with 60 mm thick sandwich elements for optimum thermal insulation – complies with HALTEC protection class no.
• Horizontal row of windows in the lenght sides of the hall allow plenty of daylight into the hall
• Side height of 5 m provides plenty of space inside the hall
• Large, electric roller door also allows trucks the hall entrance
• Foundation-free hall anchoring using earth pins directly on the asphalt surface

Mobile heating as additional equipment

HALTEC has thought of everything – various equipment details such as heating, lighting and much more can optionally be included in hall planning. When constructing this insulated temporary building, the client opted for a mobile heating system. The mobile system offers the distinct advantage that it is a cost-effective alternative to the fixed system and also easier to handle in assembly.
