From production to warehouse to office space, everything finds its special place with plenty of space for free development. HALTEC, as the expert in gaining space, has optimally tailored the insulated hall to the needs of the client!
Insulated hall: new company location particularly energy efficient
For the new hall construction, the client opted for a completely insulated hall with sandwich panels in the roof and wall cladding, which ensure optimal hall insulation. To avoid possible thermal bridges on gates, doors and windows, here also HALTEC used an insulated version. For example, the hall façade features steel thermal doors, insulated glazed windows and insulated sectional doors with sandwich panels. As a result, the fully insulated HALTEC hall shines with energy-saving consumption.
The equipment of the insulated hall in detail:
Steel hall construction
Economic construction | Compared to other designs with e.g. wood or concrete, the HALTEC lightweight hall made of steel is characterized by good price-performance ratio.
Storage area
Shelf storage | In the rear part of the insulated hall there is a small warehouse area with shelves – the supply of packaging and paper products is stored here.
Production
Bright work area | Connected to the warehouse, the production area is illuminated with plenty of daylight. Numerous window areas in the doors, roof and façade ensure a bright interior.
Premises
Office, incl. kitchen | For short distances, the client had offices, kitchen and sanitary facilities integrated in the large-scale production area.
Delivery zone
Electric sectional door | The door can be opened and closed conveniently at the push of a button when the forklift wants to load goods. Simple passenger traffic passes through the hall with the door closed via the integrated wicket door.
Hall façade
Modern hall appearance | Microlined sandwich elements with concealed screw connections and modern colorations give the HALTEC hall an attractive appearance.
Vertical row of windows
Hall illumination | The plastic windows are not only a popular design element for the hall façade – they also serve to illuminate and ventilate the hall.
Dome rooflights
Fire protection device | In the event of a fire, two dome rooflights with natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (NSHEVS) provide smoke extraction via the hall roof. The additionally installed HALTEC fall-through protection reduces the time and costs involved in subsequent maintenance work on the natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilators systems (NSHEVS).
