Building commercial hall – with modern glass façade
Whether it is the founding of a business or the relocation of a company, the new building represents an ideal alternative to existing real estate. HALTEC supplies individually planned steel halls according to customer requirements – from the very beginning, the client determines how the hall should look like at the end. A glasswork from Feldkirchen has also decided for this option. The craft business chose a HALTEC SELECT commercial building for its new headquarters.
Building commercial hall with individual design
Already during the hall planning it was clear that it should be a compact and well thought-out hall, where everything finds its optimal place: production, warehouse, office and exhibition area. It gradually became all too small at the old company location – the expanding company needed more space for free development. And that's exactly what HALTEC has created for the glasswork! The modern designed 336 m² steel hall was handed over to the craft business on time.
Already on the hall façade one can guess how much attention to detail is included in the new hall. Large glass fronts that extend over two floors and microlined sandwich elements with hidden screw connections create a modern hall character. The new commercial hall also has a very low energy consumption – thanks to the good insulation provided by 100 mm thick sandwich panels. A corresponding heat protection and energy certificate according to EnEV and DIN 18599 as well as a fire protection report were prepared by HALTEC and handed over to the client.
