Car showroom
This car showroom provides space for more than 50 motorcycles. Together with the adjacent workshop area, this is the perfect solution for the Rösner motorcycle dealership from the German region of Hesse to present itself to its customers.
In the front section of the hall, a double aluminium entrance door in the side wall provides access to the car showroom. The rear part of the hall is used as a workshop and warehouse. The different colours of the façade provide another visual indication of the two separate areas, while the sandwich cladding ensures that heating costs are kept very low in the winter months. This two-storey building incorporates a total of five display windows and 22 plastic windows, including ten windows with additional mounted roller shutters. Three sectional gates with window sections, three doors and four dome rooflights with natural smoke and heat ventilation system complete the perfect solution for additional space. Kurt Rösner, owner: "HALTEC has done a great job! The combination of car showroom and adjoining workshop gives us the ideal conditions for our business."
Light and friendly: Large window elements in the façade allow a great deal of natural light to enter the car showroom.
Mechanics can work simultaneously at several workstations in the workshop. The warehouse is on the upper floor.
Display windows showcase the products. They measure 2.00 x 2.20 m and provide a good view of the car showroom interior.
The direct transition from the car showroom to the workshop and storage area behind means that walking routes are kept short.
The main entrance and the pedestrian access to the car showroom is enhanced by a double aluminium entrance door built into the side wall.
All three sectional gates can also be opened and closed conveniently using a remote-control mechanism. Window sections allow natural light to enter the hall.
Plastic window measuring 2.00 x 1.20 m with fixed glazing and tilt and turn fittings. An aluminium windowsill forms the bottom edge.
The car showroom meets the foundation neatly at the bottom with a drainage plate.
