Automotive repair garage
The aim was to create a car workshop that meets all the wishes and requirements of an automotive firm. HALTEC provided a modern and functional building with this custom-planned car workshop. The front section of the building accommodates office spaces, toilets and a showroom. The customer took care of the interior fittings for these. This customer from the German region of Franconia found a perfect solution for extra space with the car workshop from HALTEC SELECT.
Sectional gates at either end of the car workshop enable vehicle access from both sides, thus saving laborious manoeuvring. The area of 183 m² provides plenty of space for the workshop business to maintain and repair vehicles.
Large windows bring light into the entrance area of the car workshop, making it particularly inviting for customers. The customer took care of the interior fittings with a large counter and direct access to the workshop area.
Display windows in the façade extending down to the floor draw attention and illuminate the space with natural light. They also provide a view of the outside world when talking to customers in the seating area.
The plastic windows feature tilt and turn fittings, which enable the interior to be ventilated as required. The windows are finished at the bottom with aluminium windowsills.
A double plastic entrance door accentuates the impressive entrance area of the car workshop. Both door leaves are fully double-glazed.
A small 30-cm roof overhang adds a visual highlight to this car workshop. The zinc-titanium semi-circular guttering channels rainwater away in a controlled manner.
The car workshop was constructed with permanent dowel fixing on foundations provided by the customer. A folded edge and sealing strip neatly finish off the bottom of the façade.
