Auto repair building
The long-established company, CarHifi-Store in the German town of Bünde, has significantly improved how it presents itself to its customers with this auto repair building.
The multimedia specialist has been running a successful car hi-fi company for over 20 years and attaches great importance to having plenty of space. The spacious auto repair building at the new site accommodates a workshop, as well as a showroom and sales area. Three sectional gates with window sections, three doors with emergency exit locks, large display windows and a 200-m² suspended ceiling with staircase round off the function-specific features of the auto repair building perfectly.
100-mm thick sandwich elements and an energy-saving base slab with integrated underfloor heating achieve very low heating costs and ensure that this auto repair building will be a long-lasting and sustainable building. Frank Nitsche, owner of CarHifi-Store which was founded in 2005, is delighted with the ideal working conditions.
The time of rented rooms with huge compromises is finally over. We can now work on several vehicles at the same time. HALTEC has brought my long-awaited dream of a custom auto repair building to life brilliantly!

The showroom: The showroom area measures approx. 160 m² and is used to display hi-fi equipment. A staircase leads to further rooms on the upper floor.
The workshop is used to install hi-fi equipment. There is even space here for larger vehicles such as motorhomes and trucks.
Auto repair building with dual use: showroom & sales on the left and an adjacent workshop on the right.
Light and friendly: Customers receive expert advice at the counter.
The entrance area of the auto repair building features large display windows and a glazed aluminium door, for plenty of natural light in the showroom.
A total of three sectional gates with window sections are built into the hall. One gate has been fitted with a wicket door to enable easy pedestrian access.
The façade is finished neatly at the foundations with a folded edge.
