Aluminium building for long-term use — HALTEC implemented the solution for additional space quickly and cost-effectively!
This aluminium building provided a quick and cost-effective solution to create additional storage space for the mechanical engineering firm, CeraCon, from the German region of Baden-Württemberg. Protection against condensation was particularly important for the ground-peg-anchored building. Tensioned interior tarpaulins protect the goods against drips of condensation in adverse weather. The HALTEC BASIC hall system has been used to greatly improve the amount of space available in the production building. This aluminium building complies with protection class 3 — protected against condensation.
Thanks to the new warehouse building, we can now store our finished goods in the outside area. The temporary storage solution has given us much better conditions.

The products, which are not sensitive to frost, are stored on pallets on the floor and on high shelving units along the side walls. Transparent roof tarpaulins provide natural light in the aluminium building and save energy costs. If necessary, the plug-in lighting can be switched on.
The building is anchored directly in the ground with ground pegs. This has saved this customer the need for expensive foundations. There was no need to take into account long setting times for concrete, which meant that the building could be used after just two days of installation work.
Bitumen sheeting welded to the paved surface forms the border with the floor in the aluminium building. This provides the building with the maximum possible protection against the ingress of rainwater.
The double metal sliding gate in the gable provides vehicle access to the aluminium building, even for large vehicles and wide pallets.
