A farmer from the German region of Hesse is using this agricultural steel building to store grain and other agricultural products. This direct marketer is also using the agricultural steel building as shelter for vehicles, trailers and machinery. The building structure is mounted on a 3-metre high concrete wall running all the way around the building, which acts as a bulk cargo wall for the stored grain.

Sandwich elements in the roof protect the agricultural steel building against condensation and thus ensure that the grain is kept dry. The row of windows in the roof ridge allows natural light into the building.
