Affordable storage halls as interim warehouse for freight forwarder
A Polish logistics company had to struggle with warehouse bottlenecks until they met HALTEC. The affordable storage halls from HALTEC convinced the client down to the last detail! With 4,200 m², the BASIC system halls create an enormous amount of space gain for the freight forwarder.
The logistics company from northern Poland has already put HALTEC's performance to the test several times – with great success. As an enthusiastic HALTEC customer, the freight forwarder had two new BASIC halls built. The affordable warehouses serve as a practical interim storage facility for the protected storage of goods – plastic products of a customer are currently stored here, which can be called up quickly if required. This results in an advantageous win-win situation for both parties!
Protected goods storage was particularly important to the freight forwarder when building the new warehouses. Robust wall covering made of trapezoidal profiles for theft protection, retracted interior tarpaulins in the roof as effective condensation protection, stable halls with TÜV-tested statics and many more details convinced the company to build with HALTEC.
The equipment of the favourable storage halls in detail:
Translucent hall roof
Tarpaulin roof | The interior of the HALTEC halls is well lit with daylight, which means that there is no need of additional lighting during the day. In addition, retracted interior tarpaulins provide efficient protection against condensation from dripping from above.
Hall access
Sliding door | Access by means of a large sliding gate in the gable wall. The two-part doors are easy to operate and are also outstanding with maintenance-free use.
Foundation-free fixing
Peg anchoring |The affordable warehouses were anchored directly to the existing pavement with pegs – which guaranteed a quick and cost-saving assembly of the hall.
Prefabricated modular construction halls
Flexible hall construction | HALTEC halls can be changed in grid dimensions at any time – be it a dismantling or an extension – the modular principle makes it possible.
The logistics company has realized yet another hall projects with HALTEC
- 6,000 m² with four HALTEC BASIC temporary buildings
- 4,380 m² with one HALTEC BASIC temporary building
Over the years, well over 14,000 m² of new storage space has been added – an enormous space gain that allows the freight forwarder to look into a successful future.
