The leasing-philosophy is based on the concept of use: the crucial factor for the economical use of a hall is not its ownership, but rather the level of availability - based on a mode of payment suited to your individual needs.

If you need a hall for less than 68 months, we can also offer you the rental option.

Advantages of leasing:

  • You can protect your liquid assets and your credit line at your company's bank
  • Leasing is off balance sheet, i.e. your balance-sheet situation does not change
  • The leasing installments are all fully tax-deductible because they are regarded as operating expenses
  • Leasing guarantees that your company-specific requirements are taken fully into account
  • You own the exclusive rights of use of the object. It is possible to extend the hall at any time
  • At the end of the contract's duration, you can decide:
    • to extend the contract with lower installments,
    • to take over the hall or
    • to give the hall back.

The usual duration for leasing contracts is 68, 72, 84 or 120 months with a minimum investment volume of approx. EUR 25,000.
