Here we have listed several questions for you which our customers often ask. By clicking on a question, you will receive the answer.
Quickflex is delivered optionally with a span width of 10.00 m, 12.50 m, 15.00 m or 20,00 m. The standard eave height is 2.40 m or 3.00 m. As with all the HALTEC system tent, Quickflex can be extended as desired in truss-spacing dimensions of 5.00 m and, thanks to many identical parts, it can even be converted to a different span width.
Upon special request, we can even provide other span widths and eave heights!

Quickflex is a system tent which is produced cost-effectively in large batch quantities - so under normal circumstances all the system components will be in stock and can be delivered within just a few days! The same also applies to spare parts, which we can send to you within just a few hours!

The assembly time of a tent can only be given as a guideline, because it is influenced by several different factors (floor, ground properties, experience of workers, etc.).
For instance, a fully planned test assembly of a 15 x 20 tent without a floor, with 4 experienced workers and without a crane or fork-lift truck, took us approx. 6 hours.

You do not need a crane or fork-lift truck for a Quickflex assembly, provided that you have four "well-built" employees available. For instance, the individual tent frames are raised up with the enclosed auxiliary diagonal struts (with lateral grips). In the same way, the ridge purlin is engaged from the ground without a ladder using the special "purlin fork" enclosed with the tent.

span width 10.00 m: diagonal assembly 5,975 mm
span width 12.50 m: truss 6,640 mm
span width 15.00 m: truss 7,968 mm
span width 20.00 m: truss 10,605 mm

The patent-applied, height-extensible upright is initially installed by pushing in and bolting just like any other upright and ground plate. If ground unevenness or terrace offsets make it necessary to adjust the height, the upright insert can be pulled out and rebolted with the desired height adjustment before the frame is installed. The maximum height adjustment is 200 mm in individual steps of 40 mm.

Quickflex can be transported easily with an HGV, a van or a trailer!

The HALTEC tarpaulin draw roller (patent applied) is simply inserted without any tools, placing the self-locking guide mandrels into the lower piping of the truss. The roof tarpaulins and gable triangles can then be drawn in with virtually no wear by just two workers without any serious effort!

Quickflex can easily be combined with virtually any tent of comparable side height (eave height) using PVC tarpaulin gutters, for example.

In theory, the service life of a Quickflex tent is virtually "unlimited", because the steel parts are hot-dip galvanized, the aluminium parts are anodized and the fabric-reinforced tarpaulins are resistant to ultraviolet light.
However, the service life is influenced to a large extent by the treatment of the components during assembly, disassembly and storage and by the number of uses. Therefore we recommend that you always handle the framework components with great care (use pieces of carpet or wood between the components in storage, never throw the steel parts, underlay the frame with wooden supports during assembly, etc.).
You should draw in the tent tarpaulins with the HALTEC tarpaulin draw roller (dramatically reduces level of effort and wear) and never store wet tarpaulins creased for a relatively long period of time.
If you follow these instructions, you will be able to use the material for decades!

We hope that you will appreciate that, as the manufacturers of these tents, we can not provide them for rental. If you would like to rent a party or festival tent, we will pass your enquiry on to a HALTEC partner located near you.
