Here we have listed several questions for you which our customers often ask. By clicking on a question, you will receive the answer.
Depending on the car model, one or, if necessary, several Quadroflex tents of the dimensions 5.00 m x 5.00 m can easily be stowed in a sedan or estate car, although a commercially available roof rack is recommended, as the longest roof elements given these dimensions are approx. 4.90 m long.

Yes, because the Quadroflex tent system is based on as many identical parts as possible. Therefore all the connecting parts (uprights, eave pieces, ridge piece, ground plates, ridge cone, etc.) can be used again if the tent is converted. Of course, new tarpaulins and components relating to the span width will be required.

Depending on their level of experience, two persons will require approx. 15-30 min for the full assembly. In terms of tools, you only need a hammer to hit the earth pins in; we also recommend the patented HALTEC hoisting device.

No, because the assembly involves a virtually tool-free, plug-in system; thanks to the innovative foot pipes, even the uprights can be aligned without a measuring tape. The individual parts are designed so that incorrect assembly can be virtually ruled out.
To top
No, because the complete roof including the bracing of the roof membranes is first assembled on the ground without any side uprights. We recommend the patented HALTEC hoisting device for the subsequent set-up, with which the vertical posts can be inserted from the ground without any effort.

Admittedly, tent assembly in strong winds is always a difficult challenge, but the Quadroflex tent has made the problem much safer.
With the HALTEC hoisting device, the tent can stand relatively safely on two uprights so the tent does not need to be held by one person, at times even on a ladder, as with some other systems. The new HALTEC bracing technology also allows you to retrofit outer bracings on the assembled tent without having to remove the roof tarpaulins. As a result, we have static proof that Quadroflex can be used in strong winds.

The tents are set up approx. 20-30 cm apart with the eave supports (horizontal roof supports) in parallel. The tents are connected together with a U-shaped rain gutter which is pulled into the outer piping of the eave support. Particularly with this tent assembly variant, we recommend the innovative HALTEC plug-in profile, because you can fit partitions or intermediate wall tarpaulins in any position with this technology - technology which is only available with Quadroflex.

We deliberately chose to use the side cut-out: on the one hand, the eave support is not weakened by a cut-out at the decisive point in the centre (bending of the support); on the other hand, with a side cut-out the user can pull the tarpaulin directly into the upright and the support without having to change position.
If the side tarpaulin is pulled on, the awning rollers do not usually fall out of the guide rail; it is only possible that the outermost roller may fall out if the tarpaulin is gathered extremely tightly at the upright. In this case, we recommend a simple end-point fastening such as, for instance, a bolt with a nut or a commercially available curtain stopper. However, if you do positively prefer a central cut-out we will be happy to deliver this variant to you without any extra charges!

Quadroflex can easily be combined with virtually any tents of comparable side height using the tarpaulin connecting gutter.

We would like to answer this question as follows:
During the design and development of Quadroflex, we concentrated primarily on cost-saving detailed solutions and flexible, economical production processes. We also used incredibly accurate calculations which kept costs to the absolute minimum. In addition, Quadroflex features the best elements of other suppliers but improves on them at certain crucial points, so we feel perfectly justified in saying: This is a good tent simply made even better - and more cost-effective!

We hope that you will appreciate that, as the manufacturers of these tents, we can not provide them for rental. If you would like to rent a party or festival tent, we will pass your enquiry on to a HALTEC partner located near you.
